Hey, I'm Priyansh Khandelwal.

I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Computer Science (Data Science and AI) at the University of Sydney. Across analytics and engineering positions at Automatorr, Alphonic, and Accenture, I’ve used Python, SQL, Excel, and Power BI to eliminate manual bottlenecks, build automated workflows, and design business intelligence dashboards that turn complex data into actionable operational decisions.

Technical rigor is only half the equation. My transition from India to Sydney, coupled with cross-functional operational work, has honed my stakeholder communication, resilience, and adaptability. I specialize in bridging technical data workflows with non-technical business needs—approaching ambiguous problems with structured patience, tenacity, and an insistence on doing things properly rather than just quickly.

Automatorr

Data & Automation Analyst

Sydney, Australia · Nov 2025 – Present

Build and maintain a Python ETL workflow that ingests, validates, transforms, and loads 500–2,000 invoices a month, replacing manual processing.
Reconcile 300–400 invoice and payment records a month in Python, SQL, and Excel, surfacing 10–12 discrepancies along with revenue trends for the payments team to act on.
Build recurring Python and Streamlit dashboards for 6+ internal teams, and contribute to a client-facing chatbot performance dashboard for Hockey Australia.

Developed and maintained 10+ Python scripts and backend modules for data processing and task automation across existing production systems.
Replaced repeated manual data preparation with reusable, standardised processing functions, cutting manual effort by around 30%.
